Established in 1994, we pride ourselves on providing a relationship-driven local business. Clients are our main focus, and understanding what their requirements are, enables us to facilitate their insurance needs.  We see carrying out insurance services as a team effort, with McDonald Everest working alongside each client for their own specific needs.  We have developed and continued professional business relationships with all of New Zealand’s major insurance companies as well as having access to offshore insurers.

We are members of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand (IBANZ) and we are also founder members of NZbrokers.  Membership of these groups gives us access to a broader market, stronger insurer relationships, and greater advocacy on behalf of our clients.

McDonald Everest is based in New Plymouth, however we support clients throughout New Zealand. Our diverse client base includes anything from householders, farmers, tradesmen, vehicle fleet owners, retailers, manufacturers, property owners, wholesalers, exporters, and importers among many others.
