- Notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by calling the office 06-758 1199, emailing claims@mcdev.co.nz, or by popping into the office.
- We also have our claim forms online. Please see below our motor and general claim forms that can be completed online or downloaded.
- Gather any supporting information to help with your claim such as photos, incident details or invoices.
If another party is involved then full names, address and contact phone number will be vital information. - Take reasonable steps to prevent any further loss or damage.

What will happen next?
Once the claim has been lodged, we will notify your insurer and manage the process on your behalf. The insurer will review the details, and they may appoint a loss adjuster/assessor to oversee the claim or request further information.
We stay involved throughout keeping you updated, advocating for you and helping to resolve any queries, until the claim is finalised and settlement is agreed.
